- Medical Physics reports on modelling FNT beam at Seattle
- The Voice of Russia reports that a cluster of nuclear technologies are taking up residence at Skolkovo, including the Siemens scientific research center, which is working on a wave generator and the “Neutron Fast Therapy” company, which is developing a neutron prototype source, for treating malignant tumor
- Russia-InfoCentre reports that Russian researchers have developed a neutron generator, which needs only 1 square metre of space. The device can be installed in any room with radiation protection, in other words, all large Russian cities can get its own facility for cancer treatment. About a week ago first experimental compact neutron generator has been launched in Obninsk.
